Situated in S'Ubac near the picturesque old church of Crestatx, the rural setting is ideal for those who require a relaxing yet comfortable break in this newly redecorated and refurnished house.

The well maintained grounds surrounding this and the four other villas contain a swimming pool complete with a segregated shallow end and two tennis courts and play host to several species of birds including hoopoes as well as a mulititude of wild flowers.

S'Ubac is approximately 5 minutes drive from Sa Pobla which dates back to 1300 and is in the agricultural plain of Majorca. The town Sa Pobla contains several bars and restaurants hopefully catering to all tastes. The Sa Pobla train station is served by a frequent service to Palma, with a journey time of under one hour.

The vibrant holiday resort of Port da Alcudia with its Hydro Park and many other facilities is a mere 15 mins drive, as is the very pleasant town of Port da Pollenca with its several restaurants and bars and large marina close to the embarkation point for pleasure boat trips and the Sail and Surf school for sailing and windsurfing.

A 9 hole Golf Course can be found 5 mins from S'Ubac on the road to Pollensa old town

A car would be preferable due to rural location but there is a bus service (which passes with 5 mins walk, next to the beautiful little local chapel). Sa Pobla is approximately a 5 min taxi trip with several restaurants for those who would like a change from the local restaurant. The train service from Sa Pobla runs to Palma every hour.
