Finding your way to
the villa is fairly straight forward. The total trip should take
you approximately 40 mins.
From the airport follow the directions to Palma
taking the Motorway -PM19. Once on the motorway you should take
the exit signposted "Via De Centura/Andraitx" - this is
the second exit. You will find yourself passing the Coca-Cola factory
and the local brewery and will by this stage have travelled between
6 and 7 km.
From here you need to join the PM27 by taking the
second exit which is signposted to INCA PM27, Port D'Alcudia and
Motorway D'Inca. Follow this road for 29-30km at which point you
will come to a large roundabout at the entrance to Inca. Take the
first exit signposted to Port D'Alcudia - this will take you onto
the Inca bypass -C713. You should follow this road across 3 roundabouts
following the signs to Alcudia.
After a further 10km you will come to a roundabout
at the junction of Buger and Campanet. Go straight on the following
the signs to Port D'Alcudia/Pollenca. 5km further on you will reach
a large roundabout, take the left exit to Pollenca, this will take
you onto the PM222.
Follow this road for about 2km, on the right hand
side should be the little church of Crestatx and on the left the
Meson of Crestatx. You will see a sign saying S'Ubac turn left up
this road. Follow the roaduntil you see another sign for S'Ubac
at which turn left. Then take the second right, immediately after
the dustbins. At a small T-junction go right again. Then follow
the road round and you will firstly see the tennis courts and then
the houses on the left hand side. The villa is the third one, 3
Carrer D'el Teix.
