After you have submitted a booking form we will process your request and advise you of villa availability within 48 hours.

In order to confirm your booking you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of the total rental cost. The balance will then become payable 8 weeks prior to your date of arrival.

Cancellations

If for any reason you need to cancel your holiday then the following cancellation charges apply:

• cancellation between 4 and 8 weeks of your intended date of arrival = 50% of the total rental cost.
• cancellation between 4 and 0 weeks of your intended date of arrival = 100% of the total rental cost.

We strongly recommend that you take travel insurance which covers you in the event of any cancellation.

Maximum Occupancy

The maximum occupancy for this villa is 4 persons.

Safety

No property owner will accept responsibility or liability for any accident/illness or damage sustained during the tenancy regardless of howsoever it occurred, therefore travel insurance is strongly advised. In particular your attention is drawn to the fact that the use of all facilities is at your own risk including roof area and all appliances provided. Children should be supervised whilst using the pool.

Basis of Villa rental

The villa is located in a predominantly residential area and as such you are unlikely to have to put up with nosy holiday makers or late night parties. Likewise it is a condition of the rental that you also keep noise levels to an acceptable level, particularly after 11:00pm and before 8:00am.

Use of Villa

The villa is provided with a wide range of inventory including bedding, crockery, appliances, various books and ornaments. It is a condition of your rental that all items are used with care, all breakages are replaced and all items are left behind in the villa when you depart. Missing/Broken items will be billed to the renters address.

Villa Access

Access to the villa is available from 3:00pm on your date of arrival, and the villa must be vacated by 11:00am on your date of departure. This is necessary to allow enough time for the apartment to be serviced.

Please note that during peak seasons Saturday is the normal day for changeovers
